Quaternary...
It is part of the geological timeline that is at the end of the Neolithic era. The Quaternary era started about two and a half million years ago and is still going on.
Considering that the glaciers have developed a lot in this period, it is also called the period of development of glaciers. It is during this period that the mountains of Northern Europe, Canada and an important part of North America were covered with ice.
Despite the time limitation, the Quaternary era included many events that made it different from all other geological eras. This distinction is in the formation of today's landscapes of the earth, weather conditions and its changes, evolution and diversity of vital plant and animal works and especially in relation to human life.
